Dewsbury Hospital choose Coral and Flotex

Dewsbury Hospitalhas used Bonar Floors’ products forover 25 years so it’s not surprising that Flotex and Coral were chosen to refurbish one of the hospital’s major buildings –the Riding Block. Flotex was used throughout the Riding Block’s main reception area, reducing noise and helping to maintain a clean environment. The Milano design was chosen to complement the building’s existing décor, illustrating once again, the great range of designs and colourways available from Flotex. Durability was also one of the hospital’s main concerns, especially in a busy area like the Riding Block. Flotex proved the ideal solution, being as comfortable as carpet and as easy to clean as vinyl.

 

Flotex is the textile floorcovering approved by the British Allergy Foundation and has been proven to have a positive impact on the lives of allergy sufferers. It reduces the risk of anyone experiencing an asthma attack or other allergic reaction.

The complementary combination of Coral Duo and Coral Classic, from the Coral portfolio of products, proved to be the perfect choice for the Riding Block’s entrance area. In the entrance area, Coral Duo was selected for its powerful ‘clean-off’ action, which effectively scrapes dirt, grit and moisture from both foot and wheeled traffic in the first few steps. Additionally, Coral Classic was installed in adjacent high traffic areas, further preventing walkedin moisture and dirt.
